The Middle Path needed a stronger, more consistent pipeline for reaching new patients, along with a clearer path from "searching for help" to starting intake. Appalachia Advisory focused primarily on building outreach resources to strengthen referral partnerships, while also analyzing the clinic's website to identify opportunities for improved user experience, conversion, and traffic.

Referral Outreach

We developed a set of four outreach resources, including email templates for pediatricians, school counselors, and hospitals, to help The Middle Path build a steady, repeatable referral pipeline with local healthcare providers.

Website & SEO Optimization

We analyzed The Middle Path's website for opportunities to improve user experience, conversion, and traffic, and built a mock homepage demonstrating a clearer value proposition and stronger trust signals.

User Segmentation

We designed a "Choose Your Path" framework outlining distinct pathways for teens, adults, parents, and referring healthcare providers, so each visitor can find information relevant to them immediately.
